What a palaver..........

Friday afternoon was spent tearing my hair out trying to understand the pattern for this bag... luckily I had 2 fantastic helpers, Stacey and Hazel and between us we got it sorted!!!!! It makes me wonder when books are published whether the patterns/recipes have been tried out!!! The bag is in my favourite material with skeletons (thanks Jo) and lined inside with black/white cotton material. It was a tremendous outcome on a wet Friday afternoon. Ciao
PS. not sure if I could make another one! lol

  1. Loving the bag, and skeleton material wow. I bought a fantastic stamp on Sat from Stamp Camp right up your street and I told the lady that I knew someone who would die for it. Nine different skulls on one stamp!!!! xx

  2. Having seen your beautiful bag IRL, I can attest to the fact that it is stunning. Well worth all the frustration in the end. Lovely to see you on Saturday and can't wait to see what you'll do with your skull shaped beads :) Pxx

  3. Nice bag though Olive, you did a good job with it. Frustrating isn't it when patterns or recipes don't make sense. I am a keen knitter and sometimes there seems like there is a line missing from the pattern and then you have to go off searching t'internets to make sure you haven't gone nuts.
