Had to do it......

No idea why, but I had to do a journal page when I saw these pictures..... first word into my head was poison......
It's a bit different for me, but I couldn't wait to get going on these pages. The backgrounds are Dylusion Inks, Tattered Angel Inks, Adirondack Inks, stencils and downloads from The Graphics Fairy and website, Getty Images.
Looking at them, the images look as though they have been painted on the pages, not just stuck on (to me anyway). I actually printed the images on to thin card, make it easier to stick and be more substantial. All I need now is to print off the word poison a few times, add some other elements and its done...... Ciao

  2. They do look as though you've painted them. Poison, I can't get that Alice Cooper song out of my mind, I saw him singing it on X factory last night, alright I've been caught out, I love it. The colours you've used are fab, just love these pages. xx

  3. Yes, yes, yes! That is to say it does look like you've painted those toadstools on...its a very Olive page and I think it'll be great with the 'poison' words added - remember to show us the finished article won't you? x

  5. Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I would never miss a personal invitation and boy am I glad I came. I've been checking out your blog and I would like to feature it on Thursday. I have NO idea what I'll be working on, or what I'll post, but it doesn't matter. I really love your art, including the mushrooms in the journal above. I can never make things I glue down look like they were grown on the page, and that is exactly what these look like.

Anyway, thank you for inviting me over and thank you for being such an inspiration.
