What a fantastic day at AFTH last Sunday.. there were so many of us we thought we'd have to move to the car park!!!! As usual the day was packed with journalling, gossip, cups of tea & coffee and of course I didnt finish the task (theres a surprise). I really loved the technique that Dy showed us. The pages look so magical, I'm not sure I want to put anything on it...
And I don't see why you can't have purple leaves!!!!!!! Ciao
I only have a minute, but wanted to stop by and see what you were up to. What a lovely background. I'm in love, love with all the sparkling goodness of it.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday. Isn't Jo the BEST? Saw your gift on her blog, too. I can tell you will put it to good use. Must run, but just HAD to stop and say HI from stressville, OOPS, I mean the US!!
Love those fantastic pages and can see why you don't want to put anything on them. Well make some more, as it's such a lovely technique, then you can use your least fave!

Can see why you want to leave those pages - my fave colours - they are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteIf I could send you some sunshine I would - wish I could bottle it and bring it home with me - you'd certainly be on my list for a free one.
The vagabond is the die-cutting machine from Tim Holtz. I wanted one when I saw it last year (a cute suitcase look) but now I have used one I want it even more. It cuts like a dream and cuts thick stuff too. Heaven. I'd even pay full price for it instead of waiting for offers or if they come down in price after a while.
I absolutely love the purple leaves! Great work, one of your very best XO
ReplyDeleteWow these pages are absolutely fantastic, just love them to bits, and as for the purple leaves, inspirational, certainly a light bulb moment. xx
ReplyDeleteGreat page Olive, I love the purple and turquoise leaves. It would be good left like this or with images added. xx
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I also like the cards on your WOYWW post and the find from Boots is a true bargain. It will alter into something really amazing!
