It was also my Mother's birthday the same day as the OH, but we celebrate them separately! she has to be the centre of attention. My son asked me to make her a card and this is it. She has reached the age of 85 wants to live till she's 90 (don't think I can cope with that) she loved it, which surprised me, but that's how it is! I think she is trying to make up for 50+ years of negativity.... Anyway the day went well, when I came home I went to lie down in a darkened room!!!!!!! CiaoTuesday, 25 January 2011
Another birthday card.......but not 4 me!
It was also my Mother's birthday the same day as the OH, but we celebrate them separately! she has to be the centre of attention. My son asked me to make her a card and this is it. She has reached the age of 85 wants to live till she's 90 (don't think I can cope with that) she loved it, which surprised me, but that's how it is! ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean by the negativity! and believe me, many times after seeing my mother I also needed a lie down and a STIFF drink. It was nice of you to make her a card. Glad she liked it...you know what they say...better late than never :0) XO
